Led by an 8 member team of dedicated and visionary Directors representing different Government Ministries, Department of Defense, Ministries, and parastatals, the regular police and Administration Police (AP); HICS is today the marvel of other investment co-operative societies in the region.

 At the apex of Harambee Investment Governance structure, stands the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which elect amongst themselves members of the Board of Directors who help formulate the Society’s policies that drive its business.

The second tier level in terms of functionality is the Senior Management Team, headed by a Chief Executive Officer and his Operations Team who are mandated to oversee the day to day operations of the society with a view to meeting and exceeding the membership needs and requirements as stipulated by the investment society by-law
