Board of Directors

Led by an 11 member team of dedicated and visionary Directors representing different Government Ministries, Department of Defense, Ministries, and parastatals, the regular police and Administration Police (AP); Harambee Sacco is today the marvel of other Sacco’s in the region. At the apex of Harambee Sacco’s Governance structure, stands the Annual Delegates Meeting which elect amongst themselves members of the Board of Directors who help formulate the Society’s policies that drive its business. The second tier level in terms of functionality is the Senior Management team, headed by the Chief Executive Officer and his team of operational managers who are mandated to oversee the daily operations of the Sacco in meeting and exceeding the membership needs and requirements as stipulated by the Sacco bylaws
